Cold and Flu Policy
To protect all our patients and staff during the current increase in cold and flu symptoms, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following clinic policy:
1. Initial Swab Testing
If you are presenting with cold or flu-like symptoms, a respiratory swab test will be conducted first.
The test results will be available the following business morning, and based on the result, a phone consultation will be arranged for appropriate prescription.
→ As different viruses or bacteria require different treatments, we aim to provide accurate and effective care based on confirmed test results.
2. Waiting Area Protocol
While waiting for the swab test and result, you will be asked to wait outside the clinic.
This is to minimise the risk of infection to other patients inside the waiting room.
We understand this may be uncomfortable, especially in cold weather,
These measures are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone visiting our clinic. Thank you for your patience and support.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our practice or your consultation, complaints can be made by completing a ‘feedback form’ available in the waiting room,
